Proclamation passed for Wardlaw's 100th birthday

County commissioners approved a proclamation Monday honoring Madison County resident Jimmie Ree Wardlaw, who will turn 100 on Oct. 5.
A reception will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, at the Sanford Community Center.
