Actions filed recently in the office of the clerk of Superior Court of Madison County included:
•Jerry Keen, 52, Hull, was sentenced to 10 years probation for sex offender registry violation.
•Lois Renee Maddox, 30, Danielsville, was sentenced to 10 years probation for three counts of forgery in the first degree, four counts of identity fraud and one count of theft by receiving stolen property. She was also fined $1,520.
•Jason Bradley Beck, 25, Athens, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $765 for marijuana (less than an ounce). Charges of DUI drugs, no proof of insurance and speeding were dismissed.
•Fredrick O. Brooks, 35, Comer, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $270 for obstruction of officers.
•David Roy Graham, 36, Comer, was sentenced to six months probation for reckless driving (reduced from DUI drugs). He was also fined $270. Two counts of possession of drugs not in original container were dismissed.
