Elkins elected mayor of Hull

Paul Elkins is Hull’s new mayor.

Elkins defeated Toney Ganey, 27-21, in the race for the city’s top spot at the council table.
 
There are 144 registered voters in Hull. Elkins said the turnout is the highest the city has seen in a municipal election.
