Hull men arrested for robbing elderly man

Donnie Lee Sanders Jr., 26, 204 Emily Drive, was charged with robbery, burglary, battery, possession of marijuana less than an ounce and two counts of drugs to be kept in original container.

Also arrested was Antonio Levar Wilkerson, 31, Morningside Lot 10, with battery, robbery, burglary, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, DUI (alcohol) and obstruction.

According to the incident report, deputy Alan Stratton was dispatched to 117 Bugg Road to meet with the victim. The man told Stratton that two males broke into his residence, assaulted him, and took approximately $200. The victim stated that he used a knife to defend himself and stabbed one of the subjects. EMS transported the victim to Athens Regional Medical Center for treatment.

According to the report, the two suspects were located and arrested a short time later following a struggle in which one of them as tasered by Lieutenant David Larkins. Both were transported to the Madison County Jail.

•Douglas William Parham, 37, 6733 Hwy. 72 West, Colbert, probation violation (original charges: theft by taking, VGCSA – hydrocodone), criminal trespass, failing to pay for natural products of chattels and two counts of theft by deception.

•Fredderick Twainn Daniel, 19, 250 Alberta Drive, Colbert, bench warrant (original charges: two counts of criminal damage and two counts of burglary).

•Cornelius Silvanus Hall, 41, 517 McCarty Dodd Road, Colbert, probation violation (driving with suspended license, no license and suspended registration).

•Frankey Albert Huerta, 26, 7525 Commerce Road, Athens, probation violation (original charge: theft by shoplifting).

•Terry James Hughes, 44, 173 Hilley Road, Danielsville, order to incarcerate.

•Hubert Lee Nicolas McElreath, 23, 251 Culpepper Road, Commerce, probation violation and hold for Franklin County.

•Christopher Alan Poss, 39, 20 Stone Creek Drive, Hull, burglary.

•Juan Gomez Barcenas, 30, 641 Poca Road, Danielsville, driving without a license.

•William Todd Dalton, 37, P.O. Box 658, Colbert, public drunkenness.

•Jason Sammie Fowler, 34, 1351 Hwy. 72 East, Comer, DUI.

•Noe Munoz Galeana, 29, 153 Ed Coile Road, Hull, criminal trespass.

•Brandon Keith Jordan, 24, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and three counts of illegal possession of controlled substances.

•John Henry McDonald, 19, 1070 Peach Orchard Road, Danielsville, speeding, DUI (first offense) and possession of alcohol by a minor.
•Earnesia Chaunterra McGuire, 33, 373 Linda Street, Colbert, bench warrant.

•Walter McGuire Jr., 37, 373 Linda Street, Colbert, bench warrant, affixing a license plate with intent to conceal, driving while license withdrawn, driving while tag is suspended and no insurance.

•Thomas Jeffery Moreland, 47, 122 Sandy Springs Road, Athens, theft by taking.

•Tonya Renee Puckett, 36, P.O. Box 402, Bogart, deposit account fraud.

•Dale Evans Sanders, 54, 125 Whisper Wood Lane, Athens, two counts of deposit account fraud and bench warrant.
