Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by HUGHES R. HILLIARD to WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC., dated September 6, 2002, recorded in Deed Book 488, Page 211, Madison County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($83,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Madison County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2008, the following described property:

Destruction of Records for Students with Disabilities
The Madison County School District, Department of Student Services, announces its intention to destroy specific data. Records will be destroyed that were collected, maintained, or used in the provision of a free appropriate public education for students with disabilities in Madison County Schools. This notice is in compliance with the system’s comprehensive plan for special education required by I.D.E.A.
Records on students who received special education services for students with disabilities and became twenty-seven (27) years old or older between June 1, 2007, and June 1, 2008, or deceased between June 1, 2007, and June 1, 2008, are no longer needed for educational planning purposes. These records may be needed by the student or parent for Social Security or other reasons. The system plans to destroy these records on December 1, 2008, unless there has been a request for a due process hearing, under P.L. 94-142 or I.D.E.A. or a complaint filed with the Office of Civil Rights, under section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
