Hull man charged with battery, kidnapping

Richard Earl Helms, 44, of 9050 Hwy. 106 South, was charged with battery FVA, battery, criminal damage to property in the second degree and kidnapping.

According to the incident report, deputies were summoned to the Shell Station on Hwy. 29 South where they met with a woman who told them she had been involved in a physical altercation at the station. Statements from a witness were also taken.

•Brian Keith Wallace, 38, 1202 David’s Home Church Road, Comer, aggravated battery.

•Odell Keith Wilson, 42, 127 Madison Boulevard, Colbert, sex offender registration (failure to report) and bench warrant (original charge: failure to register as sex offender).

•Wade Ray Youngblood, 43, 316 Amberly Drive, Hull, disorderly conduct.

•Gustavo Eduardo Barqueiro, 26, 200 Veribes Enterprise Road, Carlton, driving without a license and speeding.

•Stephina Jeanette Beasley, 37, 135 Means Street, Winder, possession, manufacture, distribution, etc. VGCSA and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

•Michael Joseph Conway Jr., 26, 1024 Cherry Hills Court, Athens, aggressive driving, possession of marijuana and pointing or aiming a gun or pistol at another.

•Timothy Wayne Cox, 53, 421 William Wilson Road, Hull, deposit account fraud.
