The Industrial Development Authority voted Dec. 20 to apply for a GEFA (Georgia Environmental Finance Authority) loan in order to purchase water lines currently owned by Commerce in the Black’s Creek Church Road area in May 2011 and to expand water lines toward the Neese area. [Full Story »]
